Customers will turn to your Google My Business page to find your information such as your website, operating hours, phone number and address. It’s important to make sure these are all correct. Customers also love to see that the business is actively posting to their Google My Business. Frequent posts also represent a great opportunity to entice your customers with special offers that are exclusive to your followers. We know you’re busy but if you only can do one thing, you should post to you GMB. Here’s how:
On the home screen you will see on the left hand side “posts” this is where you will go to make a post about your business. Once you click on posts it will take you to where you can add updates about your business, COVID-19 updates, events, offers or products.
Once you are done writing out your posts add a button to link to your website, display your phone number, to buy a product or to have them learn more.
Now that you’ve completed your posts, you can track how many people have seen it and have clicked on your call to action button.
